I’m documenting my quarantine with a loose interpretation of my current work space.
Drawing quick portraits is a great way to break the monotony in quarantine, especially in exchange with fellow artist friends. You can use a mirror, photos, or even directly from video chats.
This linocut illustration is a tote bag design for Azraq, a UAE-based organization supporting ocean conservation. If we reduce our single-use plastics, we can stop adding to the hazardous debris that has a devastating impact on marine ecosystems. SAVE THE MERMAIDS.
In Focus, we see three skiffs riding waves. The background figure has succumbed to the elements, the mid ground figure is consumed with resisting his surroundings, while the man in the foreground is unconcerned with the world, reading a book and seemingly resigned to fate.
