Wine
While working small, I’m trying to carve quickly and loose — more like a sketch.
Pop Up At Island Boy
I currently have prints and paintings available at Island Boy on Water Street in Warren, RI. If you haven’t been there, go check it out!
It’s been a very busy weekend : I was at Island Boy Friday night for the opening, which was a lot of fun to meet new people and catch up with friends and family in such a cool space. All day Saturday I was at the Wickenden Makers & Merchants sale in Providence, which started out with brutal winds that took a few art piece casualties, but ended up being my most lucrative and encouraging market yet. On Sunday I taught two painting classes and fell asleep on the couch! Now it’s Monday morning and I’m ready to make more, print more, and organize future events.

Newly Framed Work in the Studio
Pura Vida
Pura Vida is my upcoming art pop-up at Island Boy in Warren, Rhode Island. The work will feature paintings and relief prints illustrating tropical and aquatic life, from plants of the jungle to wildlife and explorers of the sea. The opening reception is 6-10pm on Friday, April 26th. We’ll have an offering of wine, beer from Narragansett, and bites contributed by Hometown Poké.
Chaparral Series
I’m nearing the end of a linocut series based on photographs I took observing visual similarities of plant life and man-made power structures. We are constantly surrounded by both groups of weaving and intersecting lines.
